does anyone know what causes a death rattle in the nv4500

ok i help work on got smoke's 97 dodge and the trans has a god aweful rattle in the trans when the clutch is pressed while moving or in neutral we already talked to sbc and its not the clutch. we all know dual disk make noise and this isnt one of those noises. i'm bout to start pulling this thing and would love some advice THANKS :bang:bang:bang:clap:

Sounds like an issue with the throw-out bearing to me.
