dont wanna loose audio controls

i wanna put in an aftermarket deck but dont wanna loose my audio controls....any ideas?
 
They make an interface that will control/equalize/dsp with your stock radio. I know you asked about replacing your head unit, but this deal is suppose to work slick. I looked into it a couple years ago, Soundstream made one at the time.
 
PAC makes factory steering wheel control interfaces for just about everything on the planet. Just google it and you'll find what you need.
 
While on this subject, did ford ever off steering controls for the 99-04 trucks?
 
Iv got a 05 Ram 3500 sport laramie truck that has factory navigation unit stereo. It does not have a aux input for my iPod. I like the looks of the factory setup and the steering wheel controls. I don't use the nav but it would be nice to have if needed. What do I need to get some tunes in here?

I make a double din bezel for those early 3rd gens to add a more nice double din head unit with navi, buetooth and more
 
You can get the the part from PAC to keep as long as you buy a compatible head unit.
