Dr. Performance is proud to add another piece of hardware to our ever growning selection of hard parts. This girdle is for the 2003-2009 Dodge Ram Common Rail Motor. We will be offering this girdle with or without mainstuds, and will be anodized gold and stamp before leaving the shop.

looks like the stock block stiffener to me with hols drilled in it to allow the use of main studs. now if you made it to where the girdle also supported the mains that would be a different story.
