Dr. Performance Project

No, I have actually been hunting in South America for the last week. And it was a VERY good source that told me about the Type-R truck

I'd check your source. The Type-R chassis is certified and very legal to compete.

How about my source being the guy that built the engine for it...
sorry Alex he wasn't there when it was certified I was it has a NASA pro racing cert. using Scca GT-1 specs, stamped cage with a log book. unless something in the cage has changed it should be good to go, Sheldon X crew chief.

And nothing has changed on the chassis since Shelly left.

So, Dr. Performance and the Banks team are competing to have the worlds quickest diesel truck... Since the DP team has all of thier ducks in a row and are ready, they built a Cummins powered dragster that will be first to the 6's this year. Also Dr. Performance is starting a new project with a NASCAR Craftsman truck to have a Duramax put in to road race also against Banks. We hear that Gale Banks and his team are not going to run the Type-R Truck this year because they know it will protested because of the illegal chassis they are using. Anyway for as big of a company as Banks is, they shouldn't be so scared to take chances... The Dr. Performance racing truck will be in Bonniville this year to take over not only the Banks record with the Type-R but drag racing also, and soon will build a land speed car. The funny part of all this, Dr. Performance is just a small business in a small town with just a few employees. If they can do as they plan to crush all of Banks' records, that got to be very degrading to Gale and his crew... :thankyou2:

And respect for your peers, along with a little humility go a long way to making friends and earning respect.

I think we all know that's not Gale Banks. More like a regular ole troll.

Two brain cells, separate zip codesLOL

If you are trying to intimidate us or “call us out” or even bash us, will you at least try to get some facts right about us. You are not even close.

Since they like our "hand me downs" perhaps they might want some of our 'retired' engines? Call our sales division, we'll be sure to allocate you a very special price......

Alex just a quick question whats illegal about the chassis on the roadrace truck? thanks.

hahaha :hehe: omg alex good luck with that project i hope you can produce enough magic fuel to power your explosive mouth!!!!!!!
