driveshaft or front slip yoke for 2wd nv4500

I am in need of the slip yoke and front universal for a 2wd nv4500. trans came out of a 97 dodge 1ton. I don't need the rest of the drive shaft since I am using it for my 56 chevy 4bt build. Once I have the front slip yoke/ujoint I will have my neighbor that runs a welding/fabrication shop build the entire shaft to the length I need. let me know what you have. thanks
