DV’s Explanation of them?

Guys I posted this up on another site and thought I would ask you here also;

Looking for some information on Delivery Valves and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I see the terms:
181(Stock)
191
.024
.022

And am wondering what these number actually mean, I did some searching but got nada. Thanks!

181, 191, 022, 024 in that order are just larger as they go up, all made from Bosch for different applications, basically the bigger the more fuel that is delivered with each stroke.

i pulled a dv out of my 330hp marine pump and it has 052# on top of 197.. i looks like a 181 but with two flat reliefs in the callor.

Thanks Jim. Thats kinda what I thought but was wondering what the number actually mean? Do they refer to a size of somthing or a volume of fuel etc?
