I dyno'd yesterday, and it wouldn't load my truck at all. They had me on the brakes to spool the turbo, still only made 39 psi of boost, with the brakes smokin' How much horsepower it to be gained at the 50 psi I run on the street, at decient drive pressures. I only had one run over 450 hp with a 64mm turbo, ddp180, dragonslayer cp3, Smarty TNT/R, 23,000 on rail pressure, 20 psi inlet fuel pressure

Hard to tell. On back to back runs on the dyno peak boost varied 5psi, horsepower didn't change.

However, if you aren't seeing full boost, the dyno operator needs to apply more load (if he can).

Look for a dynojet 248 with the heavy rollers, that'll load you up.

I tried to run in 6th, he told me no, I said it would load it higher, he said the reading would be so far off. I was calling b.s. He said he could only simuliate 4,000 pounds with the rollers. The first 3 runs were 393, 399, 408 with me on the brakes, I talked him into loading the rollers, and I made 544, but still short on boost, and the truck didn't feel like it turned on very hard. I think it was the first diesels they have ever run. I feel like i pretty much wasted my money on the runs. I can handle 500hp if I know it's accurate, I just feel they were inaccurate numbers.

Yep. Waste of money.
