THE TRUCK HAS OVER 215K AND HAS A BRAND NEW CAM SENSOR- THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE TRUCK STALLED GOING LIKE 55 MPH AND WONT START. I SCANNED FOR CODES WITH A SNAP-ON SOLUS AND NONE COULD BE FOUND. I DID A INJECTOR BUZZ TEST AND I DONT HEAR ANYTHING- IT SAYS SOMETHING LIKE "OPEN HIGH SIDE RIGHT BANK" AND THAT INJECTOR DRIVER MIGHT BE FAULTY. WOULDNT THIS CAUSE A CEL ON THE DASH? THE TRUCK IS MY B-I-Ls and woul like to help him get on the road again. thanks to everybody in advance.
 
sounds like the injector driver died on you. May want to unplug the engine harness from bank 2 and check for continuity between the center pin and the two pins to each side of center which go to each injector.
The Superduty had alot of problems with the under valve cover harness coming unplugged.
With a harness unplugged it has the potential to overheat the driver module, though it is supposed to shut down the affected bank to fail-safe I have seen it still take out the Idm.
 
A metal box, 6''x8'' with a harness coming out of the south end.
