Before everyone asks auto or manual and from what i have seen did truck have disc or drum brakes? The trucks i have around the house, drum still has the vacuum controled cruise and my disc truck is electronic through the apps. $.02

It comes from a 2500, 4X4, Automatic, rear disc brakes, Vacuum operated cruise control.

This ECM wouldn't be compatible to your '95 12 Valve, this ECM is from a 24 valve engine with a VP44 Injection pump...
