it takes an hx40 downpipe right?

With the tight converter it took a long time to get going. With the current converter (goerend stock stall speed about 1900-2000) though it only took about 8 seconds to get to 23 psi. This all with 26 degrees of timing.

No hx40 down pipe for this charger, you need to either take mine with the turbo or cut off the hx40 flange on your 4" down pipe and weld on a s400 4" outlet flange.
 
do you need that on all of the s400 turbos? im looking at a s465 right now.

If the turbine housing hasn't been modified for an hx40 outlet than it's likely you'll need a down pipe like I have.

Anynew on the turbo and manifold. I have a 64/14/71 thats new and a t3 manifold if we could work a deal out????
 
Glad you finally got them. California to Delaware takes a while.

Yeah. I'm going to swap them in Wed during pulling fuel lines for my re-torque of new studs and send yours out Thursday. GF's birthday is tonight so no truck work after I spent most of the past three weeks working on my truck and my buddy's.
