So i traded a guy on here my set of (Jammer 3's) for a set of DDP 200's. The dude calls me today and says that i sent him a set Bosch 50hp sticks. He had the "jammers" cleaned and flowed at DDP. My question is, Did Edge ever use Bosch bodys on there jammers? The sticks were infact full jammers that were bought new before i put them in my truck. I also made 419hp in november with the same injector i sent the guy, would that be possible with a "50hp" injector? I dont want the poor guy to think im screwing him over.... and i dont want to get fcked myself...! The sticks came from a close friend of mine when he went bigger last year....

Any info regarding edge's injectors would be a great help!
 
They were probably bosch injectors with just the jammer nozzles.

That was my first thought too, but i got them from a close friend that is an Edge dealer and they were for a fact full injectors new....

Did all FULL Edge sticks come with the little edge symbol on the body?

BTW, its fckin impossible to talk to anyone at Edge and they sure as heck wont get any buisness from me in the future..,..:soap:
 
most companies use "cores" so whats the big surprise? :doh:
I got similar #s with jammer 3s so that sounds legit. Also should be able to tell by hole count/diameter, no?$.02
 
jammer tips have 8 holes and bosch tips have 6, thats why there is no core charge. my jammer 4's were on bosch bodys.....there is a ovious diff in the tips but there shouldnt be a diff in the bodys.....

why would anyone trade a set of ddp 200's for jammers? i sold my jammers for 250 bucks and was happy lol:poke:

It sounds like the same company that bought MSD and screwed it up, is now having there way with Edge.

As far as the injectors, In my experience, You would not have made 419 with a set of 50's. That sounds more like 100's to me. I was making 460 to 480 depending on the Dyno with Diesel Dynamics Jammer 5's and a similar set up.
 
tell him to look on the nozzle the stage # is stamped into it 1-5. and i agree they are most likely bosch bodys b/c they are brand new.
 
my old jammer 2 had were bosch bodies (bought them new from city diesel), i think my ddp 150's are bosch bodied also but not possitive!!
 
Thanks for the help guys! Found out they were actually Diesel Dynamic 80's and not Jammers.
 
Let me know if you find anyone else that wants to trade some DDP's for jammers. :D
 
glad to see you got it figured out....i hated my jammers ran ruff and hott....these i have now are 5hp more and run 200* with a lot more go.....

I've only run the stock and a set of BD 60's so we'll see how well the Jammer 3's work out.
 
My jammer 4's run just as cool and smooth as the stockers. Over 2mpg improvement also, no joke!
 
I've bought 3 sets of 150HP jammers and 1 set of 200hp jammers and have had very good luck with them! a friend of mine made 582HP with Jammer 5 nozzles, Drag comp and a 66mm turbo.
