Effects of secondary sizing

62/71/13ss over an s480 on my 06 spools fast compared to the 66/74/14 I was running. I towed with that single so I imagine towing with this twin set-up would rock on a 3rd gen.
 
I run Edge Jammer over S476 and have zero issues with spooling. MAXTROQ gave it a good testing in Denver mountains and no issues. I need to email Edge and get the correct specs. Ones I have dont seem right.
 
I'm running a 62/71/.8 over an S480. My EGT's were a little over 1500 degrees by the end of the quarter mile. Could I switch to a 64mm compressor on my secondary to cool the EGT's, and maybe pick up a little HP?
 
S480 with a .90 a/r housing... and wast gate..


ones of ED's wastegate on the S480?

lowest i see is 1.10 for S480 with a 83mm.

seems like it would be better to go with S478 with the same specs as the s475?

I don't think you'll see much change in egt's switching to a 64, but you may see a bit less boost(a good thing) and a bit more power on top. The 64 doesn't spool much slower than the 62. I have heard that the 66 is quite a bit slower than a 64. It is one turbo i haven't tried.
