We're lucky we are even getting efilive. They coulda easily just stuck with GM controllers and not had to take on this large task of adding the cmb ecm. If u want it so bad then u should put in some work & effort in swapping ecm's like some of us have done. Their working long hours to help us. Stop being a lazy smartass and expecting a product from someone else to support your truck overnight. Tards like u are why companies stop supporting vehicles.

Switchable tuning and Trans tuning are not part of the current BETA project, and will probably not be looked at until 6.7L support is released.

I have an 06 ecm that orginally was a bad buy on ebay but now with some help on the repining of the ecm connectors I might could play the game,any one care to pm or email the 06 prints, is the Accelerator different also ?
So Help please, I'm not winning about the sci just hopeful and inquisitive,hell the Cummins is in my:ford:and I made that happen.

I don't think you have the slightest clue about how hard software developement is...

Ross hasn't looked at transmission tuning for the 5.9L yet. He had indicated he would, but Beta has taken a different direction with fuel limiters so this hasn't progressed. I'm very conscious that he's fast running out of development time for the year, and prefer to under-promise/over-deliver than the reverse.

When transmission parameters makes it into beta I'll be sure to let you know.

I'm on the same boat. Glad I didn't sell that ECM. I don't really have time right now but it's tempting.
 
Glad I'm not the only one to ponder the swap. Wouldn't it be easier to source an 06-07 engine harness??

Wouldnt you then have to change over all of the sensors that are different across the board? Im pretty sure oil psi is read completely different from sci to can bus trucks. As well as the valve cover gaskets being different. Im not sure but I think it may be easier to just re wire the ECM connectors. Just my $.02

Im putting a CR in a superduty so it might be easier since the engine is out.

So ComnRailPwr did you have alot of wires to switch around or was the much simularities between the wire harnesses?

Much similarities. Not done yet so I don't wanna talk too early. I will have a thread about it once completed.

All sensors are 0-5v reference in all 5.9 trucks from what I understand. Apps are diffetent

Farmhouse 458 do to have a part number on the kit? I assume its a pin repair kit ? Nothing good ever comes easy,
 
Do not order a repair kit and cut/splice wires. Thats the feeding grounds for gremlins in the future. Physically remove pins from c1/c2 and relocate them if planning on using original harness. can get the removal tools here Batts Racing Deutsch Connector Tools It took 15 of the red ones to get all my wires out. They break easy!!!!
