This is my first time working on a 2003 6.0 powerstroke. I am in the process of installing a Egr delete kit from Custom diesel. I have everything apart and I am trying to install the Stainless steel coolant tube on the intake adn for the past three hours I have not been able to install the tube into the intake manifold. Any help will be appreciated. I have gotten both of the bolts to start into the billet block but it seems like the tube with the o-ring is bigger than the opening in the intake...

so what happened????
The guy had a batch of fittings go out that was machined .010 larger than they should have. he told me that since it was aluminum that I could either use emory cloth and a file to shave it down or wait until he shipped new ones out to me. The fine and cloth worked great
