egr help now

i just unplugged my egr and it started loaping real bad, i tried to drive it and it poured smoke and shuttered bad. All i unplugged was the one plug up top on the valve itself, any help would be awsome

Top of the valve cover?

You mean the connector for the cable actuator motor, or the EGR valve on the driver side at the intake? If not either one seems like you pulled something else. Better plug'er back in.

pressure switch on tranny will do that it did to mine, different flashes react different mine has to be unplugged while the newer flashes can be plugged in with a fooler
