Eliminating rear proportioning valve on lifted trucks

that may be what my problem is i put new rear brake some extrem stoppers and new rotors went ahead and had them turned before i put them on to make sure they were true. my rear still acts like it has a small virbration in the rotor kinda like when you just barely wrapped them try this see what happens.
