Engaging 4WD...

Hubs/driveshaft "won't" disengage!

What about when the hubs won't disengage? Well let's put it this way, the driveshaft won't spin with the hubs unlocked? Any ideas?
 
well i fixed my truck it turned out it wasnt the vacuum pump... i have one if anyone wants it... its brand new from ford.... my hubs were stuck so i finally got them locked manually... which i thought i was goin to break them... i put it in 4wd that way then after that i tried it with out them locked and it went in... so i guess just from not using it for ever they got stuck....
