engine ticking noise

I installed a diesel pros killer b cam and everything went smooth on install. The engine turned over by hand just fine and started great. I also put hamilton push rods. Now the engine has a ticking noise and the noise gets louder with rpms. I changed back to the stock push rods and it still ticks. All the valves are adjust to specs. I am kinda stumped. Need some input
 
I would like to know the same thing. I just installed a Colt Cams stg 3, 110 lb valve springs, and HD pushrods. I have noticed the exact same thing with mine.
Info needed.
 
Well, pretty much since I installed the cam and other parts. At first I thought it was an exhaust leak. lol but it is coming from the engine comparment. I like the cam so far, but haven't really beat on it cause I am trying to find out what the ticking is. It's just identical to what he's got goin on.

An adjustment issue on what? Valves I am guessing.
