Event Computer Program

I've been listening to Let's grow pulling from the beer money pulling team lately and they normally will talk about their sign ups at their larger events and how it's a computer program that automatically generates numbers and driving order. I believe they said that PPL and the Outlaws series use it. Is this a openly available program? Any information would be great

You could do it with minitab or any random number generator. May not be an event specific app, but a stats app would make it happen

Sesame Database Manager Training | Hammer Data Systems, LLC. Makes a program called Pull Tracker. I use it to put on a few shows and it works well but signup is a bit slow until you get all the members in the database.
