excessive blowby.. Can it be turbo?

My truck had a lot of blowby but thats because someone stripped my oil filler neck and it was leaking. I replaced it and it fixed the problem. I now change my own oil so I don't half to worry about that **** again

Your trucks blowby has nothing to do with the oil filter cap. If it was leaking out the cap and you replaced it, its now going out the blowby tube. It still has the same amount of blowby as it did before you replaced the cap
