exhaust brake conversion!!

Pretty much. The cable has a pull handle, like a bicycle brake, on the shifter. Pull toward the shift knob and that pulls the turbo lever against the gov spring 'start point' you see in the pic, thus engaging the brake. Works much better than I would have though, so I'm working on a better looking bracket to complete the install. About 1400 in 4th, pull the handle and 65psi drive pressure--no service brakes required to slow the truck (empty) down a 15% grade near my house. Shif into 3rd and it will scrub speed down to about 30mph--I can't wait to hook up the trailer this spring:)
