Exhaust brake problems

07.5 6spd 3500 with h&s mini max 5" exhaust and cold air intake all deletes done the exhaust brake just started sticking on after slowing down and then get my on the throttle and the brake stays on and a lot of black smoke pull it out of gear and then it's fine any ideas what's wrong

Probably needs to be serviced "Cleaned" This is a factory unit right?

Yes factory truck has 212,000 mile what all got to be done to clean and service I'm new to 6.7's

Pretty sure they drill in the exhaust housing for a service port and run cleaner through the housing. Not too familiar with the exact procedure though.

Could it be accelerator pedal it also seems like it has lost low end power to
