EXTREME X sct

Hi I have an sct live wire with stock, tow, street, EXTREME X, extreme street, and race (in that order) And idk why or how but my EXTREME X tune blows the others out of the water. It pegs 40+ psi boost no problem. So how is it that my extreme street and race tune will barely build 35 lbs? They smoke much more but are also much slower!
