Fass keeps blowing 30 amp fuses at the pump and shuts off

So my fass shut off yesterday, its a 220gph with filters. Got to looking at it and the damn 30 amp fuse was blown i replaced it took it down the road and it blew again, i need some help on this one asap. :nail:
 
I had a rapter pump do this to me also make sure you have a good ground that could be the cause

checked the ground and filters are good, whats the deal with this 5/8 ball valve issue i keep hearing about, they say you need a 3/4 valve for the hpfp's.
 
Make sure you have heavy enough wire and make sure the fuse holder is not shorting its self out as well. Had that happen before.
