Feeler: 2001 24v Ext Cab Short Bed 4x4

Is there anything wrong with it or things might need to be fixed soon?
 
Little bit of bubbling in the normal rust areas, steering is tight, has a little seapage from the front end not quite a leak yet. I think its from the power stearing pump area, its oil. But its nothing big, im going to change the oil this weekend and find out where its coming from.
