Feeler: Ranch Hand Bumpers For Tires/wheels

Could you PM me a price for just the front and a price for both please?

Also, how does the rear bumper affect access to the factory hitch receiver? Or does the bumper provide a receiver that is rated at least as much as the factory hitch?
