:bang thanks for all that passed on info to me i have learned my lesson i will leave it up to the pros. well it was quiet an experiance and really enjoyed it would have been alot stressful if i could of found some experianced help but after 9 hours we got it done and it sure runs alot better on the low end and has lowered my egt's quiet abit. now for the problem when i start it is alot harder to get started and seems like it dont want to crank over not like the battery prob. just hard to start anyone have any suggestions on what to check i think we got it all back together right we didn't have any extra parts left over. thanks again for all the info.

that shouldn't have anything to do with the turbo, i would check alternator and battery first....

As for your problem, did you remove the turbo to do this mod? If so, let us know... you might have accidentally done something to the GPR or one of the wires and I'm assuming its cold there...?
