First hooks on the new motor! Franklin Indiana

3.0. It will be bushed to 2.8 in NADM.

Looking good Man!!!! So your running 3" at indy then? I got a single on mine now and will be running for sure...There will be a lack of tuning though as this is my first pull of the season and my fueling is still setup for the twins as well as the rest of the engine so its doubtfull I will do very good with it.

Big fuel + Water and no IC probably are going to put that fire out before its even lit!

Yep, Pro Mod at Indy. Hope to meet you at the pull instead of at McD's!

Nope, just fell under the turbo, didn't unlock in time.

I meant after the pull, no biggy, just heard a few pops, could have been from flooding the cylinders out. How many RPM??

That convertor does light it right off though!

Pssh! I could out pull you with mine:D

If I took your driveshafts out when you aren't looking:hehe:

Looks mean buddy, great work on the build.

And I did like the black rims.

congrats Garrett, that charger seems to really agree with you. a little more tuning and you'll have it.

on last pull there was no voltage at all left in the batteries, it barley drove to the trailer, the ford kept it on lifesupport most of the day

Very nice Garret, hopefully we get to come out that way for some pulls this year so we can see it run.

Looks like you should have a contender once you get it dialed.
Nice work!

should have? this truck rocks and WILL be hard to beat!
Hey Garrett the first 2 passes looked like the wheel speed was alot slower than last year, could be the video though. 3rd pull looked sweeter. what's your take on the speed from a drivers standpoint? r u going to put flares on? just asking, looks tuff!

The wheel speed was definitely slower, I know that for sure. I need to get the RPM's up so I can top out hopefully at 5k in 3rd gear.

No flares :)

Garrett not to steal the thread but do you have a DHD from behind a 3500 5-speed truck 1 piece tail design U could bring to me at Indy?

No I only have a 241DHD off an auto along with a 271 off an auto. Sorry bud.

Truck looks and sounds great Garrett! Sure makes me want to do whatever it takes to get my new engine rolling but money is all it takes....:bang

Joe

The truck looks and runs good Garrett. Maybe we can get a chence to come watch it pull some this year.

Thanks for the compliments all!

We checked the timing tonight, it didn't slip, but we bumped it up another 6 degrees for fun.
