Also just put a used SCT Livewire tuner on it that does do deletes.

How do these do on fuel mpg?

I'm so tempted to head 10-hrs your way! I want one of these something awful and the price is right! Want an 02 Dmax and 02 Jetta TDI (both in my sig) on partial trade plus a little cash? :D

Once you put the deletes on you will probably wanna keep the thing!

I considered it for a shop truck/loaner but we have a new truck on order now and I still have both my 2010 Rams and a few older 2nd gens.

Mileage so far has been 13's hand calculated (reads 11.8 to 13.3) but Ive noticed the dash is reading much higher now, 18 to 23, with just the tuner set on tow without deletes done yet.

If the Jetta was an auto Id be all for it. My wife is looking for a cheap commuter car for her 2 hour a day drive but pretty sure we have a Mustang GT in Madison WI bought. Ill know by days end on that.

Shoo wee that's thirsty, even once deleted. Hmm, that's probably a $250 swing per month on fuel alone compared to DDing the Jetta... But I still really want one! On the duramax, any tuner throws off the dash MPG readings a LOT. I wonder if that's the case on the Fords as well? I'd be inclined to think so.

But a baby car seat will fit better in that crew cab than in my Jetta won't it. ;)

Did I mention the Jetta is loaded with heated leather seats, sunroof, premium sound, and gets a solid 40mpg? Has a rebuilt head (cylinders looked perfect when the head was off), newer and slightly larger injectors, timing belt and water pump just replaced 5,000 miles ago. :D
