SCT Xcal2 - $250 shipped
It has Innovative Extreme, Street and Economy tunes however I don't remember the strategy so I don't know if it will work. I still have the truck but it's been programmed the dealer since I last used it, which changes the strategy.
I also have a Hypertech PTM module for $200 shipped that goes inline with the factory PCM and has a switch for the dash. It allows you to choose between stock and +1, +2 and +3 tunes. I went 14.4@96 with the +3 setting in my Excursion.
