Front Axle in mod trucks

Chris, are those short rods with heim joints on both ends that attach the cylinder to the knuckles? If so, wouldnt that add extra front to back stress to both ends of the cylinder maybe resulting in a bent or broken ram, even though it looks to be a heavy built ram. I would think there maybe some deflection in there.

The rear end is just as impresive, when you get some time Chris toss some pics up of the rear as well :rockwoot:

Yes they are. Those are some old pics from earlier this year. Since then I cut my steering arms off and flipped them to move them closer to the wheel, and cut an inch and a half off each end of the cylinder. this made the end links much longer, which got rid of our binding problem. They only swing about five degrees at full lock now.
 
Damn Chris- Amazing work you did there!!!! Guess you can't really apreciate the time you put into that untill you do it your self!
