i have a buddy thats wants to put a plate in but not sure on the size. does anyone have the specs on the following plates? #11 #12 #100. he wants to make them exact if anyone can get these specs with a caliper.

Go to ebay and type in "cummins fuel plate" and you can see that you can buy them cheaper than you can make them. I just bought a #100 shipped for $34.95 with the boost fitting.

there is a guy making them on there 29.99 shipped with the boost fitting i have bought a #100, couple #8 #11 and a #5 they are all great looking jobs maid from a single piece of steel.

we have a bunch of stock ones laying around. were just looking for the specs for to make some for trucks that aren't ready for big power yet.

if this works here you go found this a few years back.

I think this is why my truck seems to be fueling less than a normal 10 plate. I only ground the (3/8" or so) part that sticks out on the factory plate into a crescant shape. If that picture is in any way accurate, I have another 2 tenths of an inch I could knock off. I wish I had taken a picture of my plate when I ground it. Oh well. Sounds like a good project to check into tomorrow.
