Looking to see if anyone has had this problem or knows of something I don't....

Pricol 0-100 Fuel Pressure Guage with mechanical isolator plumbed to a Geno's Garage replacement fuel filter cap.

Gauge has only displayed 12 psi once since installed. Currently never reads more than 2 psi.

Truck is stock, has good power, and gets 19-20 MPG on interstate travel.

Stipulations trying to correct problem....

filter has been changed twice
have run filter with and with out a pin hole punched in the top
guage to isolator has been filled and bled with glycol (anit-freeze) multiple times:what:

Is it that the guage is just high of a range?
(If so, doesn't make since that it worked correctly once.)

Or is this just another case of an OEM lift pump going/gone bad?

I Had The Same Problem More Than Likely The Lp Is Dead Ive Heard Good Stuff About Glacier Pumps (thats What Im Going With) As Long As It Is Not Newer Than 04 Is A Easy Swap Just Take The Old One Off The Block, The Glacier Mounts To The Frame. They Sell A Kit With Everything You Will Need

lift pump

Have you had a chance to install the after market pump? If so how did it work out? My Brother has a dead lift pump on an '04-1/2 with 70,000 miles on it.
