Fuel Pressure

So before my block crapped on me my truck was set at 60psi for fuel pressure. I am running a regulated return, ATS Stage 3 pump with big line kit all the way from in the tank forward. I was running 190cc injectors. Now that the truck and its new motor is coming together where sould i set the fuel pressure at. Safest psi for max flow....

I'd start at 45-50 and adjust higher as necessary.
