Does the twin kit come with everything but manifold and turbos?

Will it work with most any s300/s400?

I ask that question because it says your silver 64 has a modified WG

It comes with manifold spacer, s300/400 hot pipe, s400 Turbo Mount, big turbo oil line, oil return lines, cold pipe between turbos, air intake pipe with filter, cold pipe that goes to the intercooler, 5"downpipe) hopefully I didn't forget anything.
Yes it will work with any 300/400 according to source auto. The silver 64 Wastegate is just set to open around 20lbs versus like 45lbs
