which gear is faster 5th low or 2nd high in a g56 4th low seemed to rev out too quick

According to my gear calculator, with 3.73 gears and 285/70-17 tires (33") at 3500 rpm you would have the following speeds... with a G56 trans...

4th low - 24 mph
2nd high - 26 mph
5th low - 34 mph
