Yeah yeah not again another gear question.

As this is quite the pricy mod I only want to do it once and make the best choice.

Truck in sig. It has 4k springs, maybe 5ks when the engine gets tore down and rebuilt. Nv5600, dana 60 front and 80 rear with 3.55's. Traction bars and rear blocks. I have ran 35" toyo mts since 2009 and they did really well on a stockish vp powered truck for pulling. I currently have a true trac for the 80. When I re-gear it will be getting a Detroit locker. Possibly a true trac up front

First question gears. Most will say 4.88 or 5.13's. This truck will run on the road also for the time being. I bought a set of 4.10's to put in but I'm second thinking that. Using the gear selection chart provided by Valair off their website I came up with these numbers assuming I can hold at least 3500rpm down the track

I currently run 3.55's and have only ran 4th low
3.55 @ 3500rpm 5L 37mph
3.55 @ 3500rpm 2H 30mph
3.55 @ 1500rpm 60mph

4.88 @ 3500rpm 5L 27mph
4.88 @ 2050 rpm 60mph

4.63 @ 3500 rpm 5L 28mph
4.63 @ 1950rpm 60 mph

4.30 @ 3500rpm 5L 31mph
4.30 @ 3500rpm 2h 25mph
4.30 @ 1800rpm 60mph

4.10 @ 3500rpm 5L 32mph
4.10 @ 3500rpm 2H 26mph
4.10 @ 1700rpm 60mph

The sweet spot is somewhere between the 25-30mph right. And I would assume I want to stick to 5th gear being direct is strongest right. I like the cruising rpm of the 4.10's and 4.30s but I like the 27mph in 5th of the 4.88. I don't do a lot of driving less than 10k a year. So maybe I can get by with the 4.88's

Like I said I have ran the toyo mts for the last 5 years and it's time for new tires. I really enjoyed the tires I got 60k out of them and really tempted to buy them again but if I'm pulling more and at the hp I think I'm at I have a feeling it will be extremely hard on the driveline. I was thinking about nitto terra grapplers, any thoughts?

Is there any benefit to running an axle truss on the 80? Or any other mods to make things a bit more robust?

As far as brand of gears go obviously Yukon and dana would be best. What about USA standard from what I have read on the web usa standard is a Yukon product that just falls short of meeting their specs Any truth to this As I have found that info multiple places online. Anyone actually running usa standard gears? How do they hold up?

Thanks in advance
