Getting rid of AIH relay?

Other than the mechanical part (disconnect relay and toss it over the fence), is there any harm in completely removing the AIH relay and leaving the wires to/from it disconnected? I'd like to clean up the valley a little bit and deleting that relay would go a long way toward that goal but if I need to add resistors or terminate the wires in some way, I'd like to know that before I get started.

Once that relay is out of the way, I do figure on extending the wiring to/from the GPR and relocating it to the passenger's side fenderwell, somewhere around the vacuum canister. IMO that would neaten things up quite a bit.

There is a "fooler" if I remember correctly... I'll try to find it... But usually it's only a soft code that is thrown... Sometimes the foolers don't even work... I wouldn't worry about it...

John, just toss the relay in your glove box, wont hurt a thing to remove it completely

Thanks man! No but really do the wires going to the relay have power going through them?
