getting the roll pan fabbed up

Kind of like it myself. Would be nice on my truck if the cops would stay off our cases about it it would be great with a couple bump stops for the sled in case of an accident.

Well, finally over 2 months later its painted and on the truck!

What's with the uneven tire wear in the back?

not uneven, the right tire is caked up with some dry mud from the unpaved portion of my driveway and looks bald

TJ,
What did you have to do to get your tailgate to work with the roll pan. I have the same one and my tailgate is bowed out just like yours...

keep moving it down until the tail gate cleared it...then obviously the bottom didnt line up, so I cut the supports on the ends that make it keep its rolled shape, and bent the 2 corners in.

the pan used to be straight across the bottom, but you will notice that its now curved from the ends of the hitch out to the bed sides. took a little to get it right but it came out perfect and looks like the pan was made like that.
