Sweet thanks for the info. I dont plan on going crazy with hp. Thinking around 600 will be fine. Just wanted to make sure, since I just threw multiple forged rods on my 7.3. I guess I won't be hooking to a sled then. I would like too, but we'll see. I was thinking a 4" exhaust would be fine for 600hp. But LReiff said a 5". Idk. I'll give Wally a call as soon as I get the truck and start playing with it

4" is fine for 600

I ran a 4" while making close to 800 and running mid 11's in the quarter...
Only went with 5" later because I got it for cost and sold my 4" for the same price.

H&s or smarty. South bend or valair. Clutch wont hold much more than stock power.
Studs and an external gate if your keeping the stock turbo.
