has anyone ran this set up what was your like or dislike on it, the turbos are a h2e (64mm compressor) over a ht4d 86 or 88 mm compressor i believe. the pump is a maxed 913 supposed to flow somewhere in the 600 to 650 range. I did try a search and found some info on the h2e but nothing on the ht4d so any info would be great. This set was on another truck (ford) thanks for any info!!

I did find some info on a ht4c and they flow around 1800cfm but not ht4d so maybe its not a ht4d. I will see if the tags are on the turbo and post the # from it.

there 's a couple different ht4's the good one you want is part# 3801919 3.5 comp wheel and has the divided exhaust housing only come in a 26cm or 29cm housings, all the other ones kinda suck lol

I did find in the General Dodge Competition and Performance Discussion under "turbo flow rate" which is closed has alot of good info in there.

on the ht4c #3520782, 06M5, 77494, 4987 not sure which # mean what
on the h2e #3527930, 17, 210 on the exh

Of course I spent 15 minutes spacing it all out just for it to re collapse.

That's where I got a lot of it. There is a ton of information in comp d archives.

i have never heard of a ht4D. ht4C is the normal HT4, they range in wheel size from 80 to 91mm, great turbo, getting harder to find and get repair parts for, but use the same rebuild kit as and oil feed hx8x, hc5, and he851... the h2e is a bit different, what size is the exhaust wheel and housing on the h2e?

not sure on the wheel but it has a 17 housing If that is what you are asking

S465 1304 90 900 650 65 ETT
S366 1160 80 800 650 66 ETT

seems like the s400s cfm is inflated, do you know how much cfm the non-ett 65 wheel flows?

That chart has so many errors it's not even funny. It looks like it was put together from a compilation of internet myth, opinions, with a smattering of factual numbers on common turbos. Some of the CFM or lbs/min figures look to be taken from a compressor map, and some look to be extrapolated or calculated as maximum flow before a compressor explodes. The HX35 numbers for example, are probably accurate for sustained use at normal efficiency range on the compressors map, however, a 95-98 HX35 with 56mm x 83mm compressor will flow more than 55 lbs per minute when pushed to 40 psi boost, that chart claims just 39.6 lbs per minute.

would you say that the cfm on the ht4c is correct (1800cfm)? how about the h2e(1000cfm)?

looks like I have the kinda suck one but it does look like the comp wheel is 3.5 but does not have a divided exhaust housing

The H2E I have with the 17cm housing is a 74mm turbine I believe I measured.

the h2e probably flows around 750-800cfm on a good day, its an old design.
ive driven an hx52 which is 67/73?/16 and i could honestly say a 64/71 or 62 would walk all over it all day long on the same truck
