Hard Starting

I got a 95. No fuel plate, no afc, 5x.014's, It has been starting hard latley and its getting worse. Batteries and starter are no an issue. What do you guys think would cause this to happen?

Why no plate/afc? What is your timing? Are the cables on your batteries good?
 
I took them out. It idles around 750. It will start fine after its been run, but its starts real bad when the engine is cold. I dont knowif i just need a little boost of fuel to get her going or what cause usually it will start if i give her some pedal, but latley its been gettin worse.
 
...and my timing is stock that probably has something to do with it i suppose...
 
homemade 3K made with washers, i thought about the grid heater but it does it when its 60+ outside. I have never checked the fuel pressure but i would assume its fine, no issues any other time.
