Is that because of the dyno operator flat footing the petal at like 1000rpms and getting way infront of the turbo, unless the lower sublevels are used? He did it to me, I billowed smoke for like 10 seconds before at 2200 the fire finally caught up and it lit and went.
No flat footing right from the start. I operate my truck on the Dyno---who knows my truck better than me is the way I look at it. On my truck specifically, I start my Dyno runs at 2000 RPM because I run a large single charger. Trucks with smaller chargers or twins we start at 17-1800 RPM simply becasue they load quicker.
