You could always hit them with a buffer and some compound. I do that every few months and it works well.

A mild compound and a wrag works too... Depending on how bad they are...

meguirs has some 'headlight restore, plastic restore,lens restore,something along those lines,comes in a white bottle (product is a white liquid)i paid 5 dollars for it at pep boys and it is good.apply let sit 5-10 min and buff out.feels slick when finished like waxing lenses

I hit mine with a buffer at a medium speed. worked good
