hd hydrolics help

when installing the piece into the firewall i have the resivor hose at about 10 oclock and can push it in but cant turn it at all to lock it am i missing something? it is turn clockwise right?

If nothing else, you can unbolt it from the firewall and give it a shot on the bench. Those 2 bolts are kind of hard to get at but once they are out you can really see what's going on.
