HE341 push a HX 52 or 55?

Impeller inducer /compressor exducer

Holset HX50 2.48 2.835
Holset HX50 2.638 3.031
Holset HX55 2.638 3.031

Holset HX55 2.835 3.031

Im not sure if i understand the above specs correctly,

the hx50 converts to about 60mm inducer which i thought the hx40 already is...
also the middle two rows that is... hx50 and hx55 both have the same specs... is the comp wheel on the hx50 and the same size as turbine wheel of the hx55?

Some HX50 have same impellers and wheels as in Hx55.

I had HX50 with HX55 wheels, I do not knew why.

Here is specs in mm:

Holset HX50 62.99 / 72.00
Holset HX50 67.00 / 76.98
Holset HX55 67.00 / 76.98
Holset HX55 72.00 / 76.98

Thanks, i get it, guess holset has strange things going on...
you wouldnt know about the hx52 would you?

so i think a hx 50 with a 67 wheel should work as a small primary (like bd)

I had Holset HX50 67.00 / 76.98 with 17cm housing, and it was very smoky and laggy in my 98 12V. When it light (normally not before 60mph) than just hold on , it did burnout at 60 mph -> not very funny
My turbo total milage before explosion was less than 100 miles LOL

I'm going to try a hx52 under my he351ve. Hx52 is 67/71/16. Should be rather punchy:)

It will be very quick. My best guess, it will only be good for 550hp and maybe a warm 600 if you massage the 351's waste gate. I ran a Hx52 as a single on my '04, with a reground cam it was fully spooled by 1800 and made up to 60 lbs boost.

He said HE351VE meaning its a VGT, doubtful it has a wastegate. the HE351cw is what I have, it is a 9cm fixed geometry with wastegate.

Yeah it should be punchy alright. I know on my little 3.9L spooled that combo with ease, boost was instant and would easily peg my 60psi gauge.

the bd twins i put on a 12v had over 50 psi boost before 2000 rpm, thats spooling at this high elevation!
and truck ran mid 12's quarter mile with a 215 pump, gsk and 5x.014 inj
(60 psi boost) yes egts where hot, but daily driving it... fun!! you have boost on the tap of the throttle....

ill recheck the turbo on the truck salvage yard, it has hx5?

I have done a few HE341/HX55 sets and they spool VERY fast and sound wicked. For a small towing set they were great.

Do you happen to hAve a pic?
I'd like to see how you routed the intercooler tube...

All these numbers on turbos keep me confused, but what are ya'lls opinion on hx35 and a pro52 setup on a stock 01 24 valve

I ran with a single pro 52 on my 12 valve for about 4 months and loved it....the turbo was calm under regular driving, and once you got it spooled up it was like a rocket. It was also quick to spool back up between shifts and it pushed 63lbs of boost in fourth and fifth gear with 4 grand springs. I would run that setup again in a heart beat.

I have the pro52 on my 12 valve in the truck in my avatar and it does good,I don't think I have enough fuel or timing for it to work great and thought I would add it to my 01 dodge along with my hx35 but I am turbo stupid and was curious about this combo.
