he341 turbo swap.... how much trouble is it

So, I have access to a non-electric wastegate turbo off of a 3rd gen. I'm pretty sure it's called an he341. I want to know how much trouble it is from those that have done it.


Because it will be asked, the reasons for my wanting to do this are my own, I don't want people to tell me how stupid it is to do this swap or anything along those lines. I just want to hear install stories and tips from people who have done it.

The he341 is the same as a hy35 off a second gen auto, better known as an hx35/9cm turbine housing, just has different size outlets.
