who put the 65mm wheel on it?
There are other wheels than the standard 64mm non ett wheel.
Doesn't the compressor cover look like this....

People call it a 65mm wheel, but it is closer to a 64mm if my memory serves me correctly. I think actually 63.5
I can't remember how many times I measured it, but I came up with a 65 too. It's off a Renalt motor.
sorry, but there's no way a 65mm ett flows 90lb/min... It will outflow a nonETT wheel but there isn't THAT much difference.
the 64mm non ett wheel is the wheel my turbo has on it now. It flows 66lb/min the 65mm ett wheel flows 90lb/min
almost doesnt make sense
LOL, sounds like people need to be checking the testing setups to me, but what do I know, I am just am talking behind a bunsiness's back and some dumb guy who doesn't know anything about turbochargers!
Here is a pointer, look at the top trucks and then look at whose turbochargers they are running. The proof is in the pudding!
i agree that the 90lb/min is a little far fetched. a BW factory 71ETT wheel is also supposed to be around 90lb/min and the s400sx 74 at 95lb/min
the 63.5/92 wheels is rated for 66lb/min by BW
and the non ett 70/95 wheel is rated for 82lb/min
does anyone know what the ETT 65 actually flows?
I was told my s465(with a 65.3mm ETT wheel) flows 72lbs/min.
so why are the 66mm s300's claiming 80 and spool faster? can the compressor housing on the s300's not support that flow?
