He341 with S465 twins?

who put the 65mm wheel on it?

There are other wheels than the standard 64mm non ett wheel.

Doesn't the compressor cover look like this....

People call it a 65mm wheel, but it is closer to a 64mm if my memory serves me correctly. I think actually 63.5

97CC Yeah that is what my comp cover looks like, I tell ya'll what I'll go outside today and see about measuring the inducer wheel bore. Not that it is a big deal to me lol. I would rather use it and it work well for my app then sell it, especially since I haven't had any luck with that.

The 65mm I have measures closer to 95mm on the exducer at the end of the extended tips.

the 64mm non ett wheel is the wheel my turbo has on it now. Im having ED build it this winter. it flows 66lb/min the 65mm ett wheel flows 90lb/min

almost doesnt make sense

sorry, but there's no way a 65mm ett flows 90lb/min... It will outflow a nonETT wheel but there isn't THAT much difference.

LOL, sounds like people need to be checking the testing setups to me, but what do I know, I am just am talking behind a bunsiness's back and some dumb guy who doesn't know anything about turbochargers!

Here is a pointer, look at the top trucks and then look at whose turbochargers they are running. The proof is in the pudding!

i agree that the 90lb/min is a little far fetched. a BW factory 71ETT wheel is also supposed to be around 90lb/min and the s400sx 74 at 95lb/min

the 63.5/92 wheels is rated for 66lb/min by BW
and the non ett 70/95 wheel is rated for 82lb/min

does anyone know what the ETT 65 actually flows?

Depends on which ETT wheel is being used? there is a 2.6 wheel with a 110 mm exducer that bullseye uses.

so why are the 66mm s300's claiming 80 and spool faster? can the compressor housing on the s300's not support that flow?

I haven't seen the numbers, but I find it hard to believe a 66mm s300 flows 80 lbs/min. If so, why did so many guys jump from SB's to s400's(other than using a bigger than 66mm s400 with cut wheel or cover or course) in the 2.6 the couple years? Granted, the shaft is bigger on the s400 so it will be stronger, I just don't see any s300 flowing ALMOST as much as a s400sx, they're rated at 90lbs/min, right?

the ratings for the ett s300's are
57mm - 61lb/min (according to BD)
62mm - 65lb/min
64mm - 75lb/min (80 accoring to BD)
66mm - 80lb/min

and i just dont see how that is possible

I know you can cut a slot between the inlet of the wheel and the inlet of the filter but that is a 90's thing for gassers.

I don't care what size it is, 63mm, 64mm 65mm or 66mm even or 100mm. I did try to measure it, the calipers I have need to be cleaned but I did measure out a bearing race I had to 2.560" and it passed through the inducer bore with some room to spare. I already have it so I want to use it as best I can.
