I've had this turbo for several years. Zach at North America Turbo Systems rebuilt this when he was still open. Rebuild and balanced, 10 blade exhaust wheel, actuator tested and works. $1000 CompD price, not including shipping. I'll work with buyer on shipping being we have a UPS acct.
