Header And Intake Manifold Mock Up Picsfor My 12v

I'm going to GUESS that you'll have a hard time spooling any turbo with that monster but i've been wrong before! Perhaps one of those type headers and a flange like i'm putting on in a few weeks would keep the low revs and the high revs happy! Let us know how it goes.

Octopus comment caused a lol moment

sooooo how did it run? we are dieing to hear about it. i gotcha now on the intake manifold. i went and looked at the pics again.

well i got it all back together and ran it. holy s***. the turbo that i am running has a T6 style flange, and has an 1.19 A/R housing. as big as it is i can spool it like my 62/12. there is hardly any lag. when i would go half hrottle to pull out of the parking lot i am already at 5psi on my turbo by the time im out of the turning lane. i dynoed the truck on saturday. now i have some big sticks in here, i never saw my EGT's go over 1200 degres at 35psi on on a 60% load . it was cold as ice.

So what did it dyno?

What charger are you running?

My egts are similar at 60% load with a cast pdi manifold. We need specs of this charger to make any accurate conclusions.

Actually, we need a mountain of details before this thread can provide a valid conclusion

no way a t6 1.19 a/r turbo is going to spool like a 62/12, especially with that manifold, the more volume the exhaust manifold the longer the spool up. we need videos

I was at that dyno event but that white truck had already run on the dyno I think his numbers were in the 300 range. I also got to meet the guy who designed and built the header and intake. He also had another 2nd gen there and a first gen that both had headers on them but they had different designs than this one. He also ports heads and it sounds like he has spent alot of time on a flowbench. I have got the fabricators name and number if anyone is interested. I've also got some pics I can put up of his other header designs.
